Delivering on our Ambition
Income Management Officer
F/T Permanent – 35 hours – Salary: £35,539.83
Responsibilities
* Manage rental income and provide customers with the advice and ongoing support to sustain their homes.
* Establish effective partnerships with relevant agencies across our neighbourhoods.
* Manage mixed‑tenure customer accounts and enquiries, maximising income at all levels.
* Visit customers' homes, delivering welfare benefits advice, money‑management advice and related services.
Qualifications
* Drive and have access to a vehicle.
* Experience or knowledge of legal proceedings relating to rental income and arrears is preferred.
* Customer‑first mindset, outcome‑driven, strong team player.
