Clean Team Supervisor

Up to £29,968.47 pro rata depending on experience

Responsibilities
* Supervise a team of cleaners
* Coordinate with the Site management team
* Ensure the team have areas of responsibility, are following policies and procedures, and creating clean, pleasant and safe environment for customers.
* Guarantee that cleaning products used effectively, with instructions as well as health and safety procedures followed at all times.
* Order stock when required as advised by team and individual awareness
* Update records via the computer as required.
* Serve as the point of contact for the reporting of problems within the work areas or equipment and liaising with the management team to advise
Qualifications
Experience of working in a customer-facing environment, ability to manage or lead teams, previous cleaning or facility management experience and knowledge is desirable.
Good communication skills, friendly nature, self‑motivated, able to work individually and as part of a team, well organised with good time management skills, ability to prioritise and plan around customer needs.
