Most of our temporary staff end up as permanent staff members at the college and many go into teaching at the college. This role starts in September. No education-specific care experience is necessary – we're looking for individuals with a care background and the right attitude, calmness, patience, and a supportive nature to help students thrive in their learning environment. We can offer roles between 2 and 5 days per week in Birkenhead. Often you will start on 3-4 days per week and increase that when you have shown reliability.
