What will you be doing?
* Understanding customer drivers, markets, motivation, and organizational structures
* Retention, talent management, upskilling, networking, motivation, performance, and succession planning
* Meeting client requirements on reporting, compliance, sustainability, communication, and innovation
* Leading and improving projects, managing contracts efficiently, and understanding contractual risks
* Ensuring compliance with contract terms, laws, and policies
* Managing financial aspects of contracts, including cost and profit drivers
* Early problem identification and effective communication
* Using software to manage agreements and obligations
* Accountability for P&L and delivering client meetings and reports
* Maintaining good stakeholder communication and ensuring health and safety compliance
What are we looking for?
* Experience in contract management, P&L management, and relevant cost centers
* Strong health & safety and compliance knowledge (NEBOSH preferred)
* Commercial acumen with contract and asset management experience
* Experience managing a team at management or supervisory level
* Driving license and willingness to travel regionally daily
