Overview
Senior Accountant - Onsite. Full-time, permanent position.
This role is part of the Accounting team, responsible for a wide range of day-to-day accounting tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The base pay range is $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Salary details discussed with the recruiter.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and conformity with professional and regulatory standards.
* Oversee and manage all general ledger activities.
* Review and analyze revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and balance sheets.
* Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
* Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
* Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
* Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely and successful completion.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to accelerate close and reporting timelines, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy.
* Work closely with other team members to ensure accuracy of all financial reports.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. An advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is highly desirable.
* A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably within the healthcare industry.
* Proficiency in preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Extensive knowledge of GAAP, healthcare accounting standards, and financial regulations.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
