This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in keeping our accounts running smoothly, supporting both our finance and wider administrative teams.
* Supporting the accounts team with day-to-day tasks
* Handling telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
* Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
* Assisting with Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) accounts administration
* Authorising supplier payments
* Updating our systems with client information
* Preparing Leasehold Property Enquiries (LPE1) packs
* Providing general admin support across the business when needed
About You
We're looking for someone who's not just skilled but also enthusiastic about being part of a collaborative, professional team.
* A confident, friendly telephone manner
* Strong IT skills, including experience with databases, Microsoft Word and Excel
* Great organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
* A positive, flexible attitude and a team-player mindset
* Previous admin experience (property sector experience is a bonus but not essential)
* Ideally, you'll live within 30 minutes of our Teddington office
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
