KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Bookkeeper for an excellent client based in Middlesbrough. Reporting to the MD this is a standalone role that would suit someone who is used to a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Prepare management accounts to trial balance
* Prepare schedules for external accountants
* Produce cash-flow forecasts and monitor working capital
* Prepare VAT returns and maintain statutory records
* Prepare and process monthly payroll
* Process bank and credit card reconciliations
* Process supplier invoices, reconcile accounts and prepare payment runs
* Produce and distribute sales invoices
* Chasing aged debt and resolving invoice queries
* Manage holidays and sickness
This role will suit someone with previous experience of working for an SME in a standalone role. Knowledge of Sage and Sage Payroll would be a benefit.
