Compensation:
* Basic Salary: £28,000-£32000 annually
* Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 - £80,000
* Top Performers: Exceptional achievers can earn an OTE of £50,000 - £80,000.
The Role: As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy. Your responsibilities include:
* Exceeding Targets: Achieve or surpass expected targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities across various industry sectors.
* Daily Call KPIs: Meet daily call Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
* Client Engagement: Engage in inbound and outbound telephone calls with existing and potential clients to secure online appointments for our Business Development Executives.
* Diary Management: Ensure that our Business Development Executives have well-organized diaries with high-quality appointments, taking travel times into account.
* Collaboration: Establish strong working relationships with your Business Development Executives for enhanced teamwork and success.
* Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties, including diary management
