Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in London for our Southern office. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, coordinate with team members and contractors, manage project timelines, and monitor quality and efficiency. You will also address any issues that arise on-site, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in construction or interior solutions, including knowledge of dry lining, SFS, suspended ceilings, partitions, and related fields
Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills
Familiarity with site health and safety regulations and standards
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication and ability to work collaboratively
Proficiency in managing project timelines and delivering tasks on schedule
Relevant certifications such as a CSCS, SSSTS and first aid
