Location: Remote (with monthly 2-day team meetups in Paris)
Compensation: Base £40k–£45k (maybe more depending on experience), OTE ~£70k (uncapped commission)
About the Role:
We are seeking a hungry, hunter-type New Business Development / Account Executive (maybe 1/2 years post being an SDR) to drive new business growth in the UK market. This is a pure new business development role with the goal of generating £200k–£300k new ARR in the first year through prospecting mid-market accounts.
What You’ll Do:
* Focus exclusively on new business acquisition, identifying, engaging, and converting mid-market opportunities.
* Build trusted advisor relationships across target verticals, including general contractors, construction, and HSE assurance services.
* Collaborate with the services team for demos, proposals, and technical support to close deals.
* Deliver measurable pipeline growth and achieve ambitious revenue targets in your first year.
Your Profile:
* Resilient and persistent: Navigate longer sales cycles (6–8 months) and manage complex client interactions.
* Challenger mindset: Stand out in a competitive market by demonstrating expertise and insight.
* Sales DNA: Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management. Industry experience in ConTech, PropTech, or construction is a bonus but not required.
* Comfortable working remotely, self-motivated, and highly organised.
