You will work as part of a team to provide administrative support to the Investment team. You will support the contract managers in delivering the service/works they oversee to ensure that contracts run efficiently.
Outline Of Key Responsibilities...
* Assist with all contract administration functions of the allocated contracts, including initial contract setup stage i.e. preparation of works orders.
* Liaise with residents, contractors and other settle departments including housing, leasehold and finance teams.
* Deal with customer queries and ensure responses are provided within a desired timescale.
* Assist in the contractor payment process to ensure invoices are paid in accordance with the terms of the contract.
* Work as part of the project team to deliver investment projects to time, cost and quality.
* Provide cover as required for contract meetings and where requested take, prepare and issues minutes.
* Accurately input and maintain data on our stock, ensuring that improvement works are captured within the asset management database.
* Liaise with residents to book appointment for improvement works, accurately keeping records of appointment dates, appointments failures and refusals of works.
* Assist in preparation of KPI report for monitoring of contracts.
* Work closely with the customer service team to ensure information is shared and programmes of works are accessible for resident information.
* Assist in the monitoring and logging of Energy Performance Certificates.

* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Excellent IT skills on various software applications. Including Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
* Experience of general administration duties including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
* Outstanding organisational skills and able to manage task in a busy environment.

* Work accurately with figures and data.
