Please be aware this positon is unable to offer sponsorship and requires a driver The Role As an Adult Support Worker, you will provide tailored day-to-day support to young adults, promoting wellbeing, independence, and positive outcomes within a safe, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Supporting young adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions Encouraging independence, confidence, and social inclusion Supporting individuals to attend appointments, activities, and community outings Managing behaviours that may challenge in a calm, safe, and professional manner Following care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals What We're Looking For Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs is essential Experience working within learning disabilities and mental health support Confidence supporting young adults with a range of needs and abilities A caring, patient, and resilient approach Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends What We Offer Competitive rates of pay ( £14.25 per hour) Ongoing training and development opportunities A supportive management team and working environment Opportunities for career progression No sleep ins Pension scheme Flexible shift patterns available If this is of interest for you let's have a chat!
