Health, Safety and Wellbeing Culture Manager
Location: Sizewell C Project Site - Suffolk
Join the exciting journey of one of the UK's largest nuclear projects at Sizewell C! As part of the Civil Works Alliance, we are seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Culture Manager to lead the development of health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence safety culture and operational excellence within a high-profile project.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the development of a behaviour-based Induction and Culture Program.
2. Coordinate the rollout and delivery of behaviour-based training.
3. Facilitate induction programs for CWA personnel.
4. Monitor legislation and stakeholder feedback to update programs.
5. Build relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
6. Incorporate lessons learned into the induction and culture programs.
7. Ensure the Culture Program addresses current and future challenges.
8. Monitor attendance and feedback to optimize program effectiveness.
9. Provide behaviour analysis during incident investigations.
10. Support the implementation of the Nuclear Safety message across the team.
Skills & Experience
* Strong planning and management skills.
* Ability to promote a positive HSW culture and provide constructive feedback.
* Understanding of UK Health and Safety Legislation and behavioural safety.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
* Certifications: CSCS Managers/Professionals and NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
* Experience with site induction processes and safety culture programs.
* Leadership experience in managing teams.
