Infocus Resources is on an exciting growth journey — and we’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to drive the expansion of our recruitment division, our client base, and the range of services we offer. Our goal? To double our turnover and profit over the next 2–3 years
The role
Reporting directly to the Head of Resources, you’ll lead the recruitment for various client accounts in the UK and deliver outstanding recruitment services. You’ll also play a pivotal role in business development, expanding our client base and driving commercial success.
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining Client Accounts across various sectors ensuring strong relationships, client satisfaction and repeat business, compliance with Industry regulations operational management, including resource deployment.
Responsibilities
Manage and Maintain Key Client Accounts: Develop key business working relationships with clients creating long term partnerships and collaborative working. Demonstrate a proven success working with clients within the civils, construction or infrastructure or related sectors.
Account Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse exiting account sales performance, focusing on increasing client engagement and securing repeat business.
Recruitment and Onboarding of blue and white collar: Effective resourcing, recruitment and onboarding of both blue and white collar, demonstrating a clear understanding of competencies, skills and qualifications required for workers within civils, construction and infrastructure industries.
Strategic Enrolment and Compliance: Oversee and ensure the enrolment of all new workers, guaranteeing that correct registration, Right to Work (RTW), and trade certifications are fully verified and in place prior to deployment.
Site Visits and Client Interaction: Conduct weekly site visits to active client locations to discuss current and upcoming needs, ensuring ongoing alignment with client requirements and maintaining regular contact to anticipate future demands.
Safety Resource Management: Deliver weekly site Toolbox Talks on relevant or topical Health and Safety issues, requirements or legislative updates Manage the allocation and control of safety- critical resources, including the issuance of personal protective equipment (PPE), while maintaining accurate records.
Knowledge
Extensive experience in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and securing repeat business through strategic account management within civils, construction or infrastructure businesses.
Demonstrate previous experience of resourcing, recruitment and onboarding of both blue and white collar with a clear understanding of competencies and compliance for civils, construction and infrastructure industries
Expertise in industry-specific regulations, including Health and Safety, employment law, and legal compliance, ensuring all operations meet required standards.
Experience in delivering on site toolbox talks, conducting site inspections, and leading incident investigations where required, managing nonconformities, and implementing corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement and operational safety.
