We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead night operations in a busy waste & recycling facility. This isn't a sit‑back role. You'll be on the ground, making things happen, solving problems in real time, and driving performance every single shift.

What You'll Be Responsible For
* Leading and motivating a team to hit production targets safely and efficiently
* Managing plant operations, ensuring maximum uptime and performance
