Skills & Experience Essential Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in technology focused or IWMS/Facilities Management environments. Strong process analysis and BPMN based modelling skills. Proven ability to analyse system interfaces, data flows, and integration requirements. Understanding of IWMS platforms; experience with Planon is highly desirable. Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Key Responsibilities Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering Analyse existing processes within the Banks Planon IWMS, documenting current state workflows, business rules, data dependencies, and system interactions. Engage stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and gaps between Planon and the suppliers IWMS. Lead workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture functional and non functional requirements. Interface & Integration Analysis Identify and document required interfaces between Planon and the suppliers IWMS, including data flows, integration points, and trigger mechanisms. Collaborate with technical teams to assess integration capabilities (APIs, data schemas, import/export processes, etc.). Define interface requirements, data mapping specifications, and integration acceptance criteria. Process Mapping & Documentation Produce clear, comprehensive as is and to be process maps using BPMN and relevant Bank/industry standards. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical and vendor teams. Maintain accurate documentation throughout analysis and design phases. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Work closely with internal stakeholders across Operations, IT, FM, Risk, and Supplier Management to align on process and integration requirements. Coordinate with the supplier to ensure understanding of system behaviour, data structures, and integration constraints. Present findings, solution options, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
