Description Role Purpose: Effectively manage HR related admin, casework and associate queries on a daily basis. The HRA will continue to drive a positive work place culture through manager ownership and drive change of new processes and policies. This role is a 12 month FTC and will be based on-site at our Stakehill Site, Middleton. Role & Responsibilities: Monitoring of the ops inbox for HR related queries Partner with team leads and supervisors for guidance on HR related processes Casework to be completed by HRA to free up HRBP to complete more complex cases Logging right to work, return to works, sickness absence documents Timecard upkeep to avoid payroll issues Communications around site via QR code and TV screens ‘Office hours’ / ‘HR pit stop’, the HRA will have a designated area on the floor with a select time frame mon - fri in which they will be on the floor to answer HR related queries and be customer facing to the associates. Performance management meetings for associates Drive site engagement at all levels of the business Drive positive culture change at all levels Implement and drive changes to processes created by the HR business partner with input from HRA Knowledge / Skills / Experience: Experience and confidence admin related tasks Experience of managing HR associate level queries Effective Time Management Ability to complete tasks to set deadlines Experience in similar role Proficient in Microsoft packages excel and word Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Excellent organisational skills Flexible approach to work Ability to work without supervision Attention to detail The job duties list is not exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope /level of the role.
