One YMCA’s Charters Nursery is nestled in the scenic surroundings of Leavesden Country Park and is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our large, friendly team. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate as a proactive and creative member of the nursery team to provide a nurturing and engaging environment that supports the holistic development of each child. • Deliver the highest standards of care and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). • Take responsibility as a keyworker for a group of children, ensuring their individual needs are met through observation, assessment, and planning. • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with parents and carers, actively encouraging their involvement in their child’s learning journey. • Work towards and achieve agreed performance objectives and contribute to the overall success of the nursery.
