The Role As a Quality Inspector Lead, you'll lead the quality assurance and inspection functions across multiple sites. Managing a team of Quality Inspectors, you'll oversee inspection processes, ensure ISO compliance, and maintain exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead inspection of precision components using CMM and other metrology equipment Manage daily operations within the Quality Department and inspection team Validate inspection reports and maintain traceable documentation Maintain calibration systems and ensure compliance with ISO and internal standards Analyse quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Must be able to commute to Leicestershire site, couple of times a month, mileage will be claimed back.
