This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering meaningful improvements for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.You'll be supporting a high-impact programme, helping ensure projects run smoothly, stakeholders stay engaged, and data drives better decision-making.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining and updating project documentation
* Tracking actions, risks, and milestones
* Coordinating workshops and stakeholder events
* Taking accurate minutes and following up on key actions
* Supporting reporting and communication across teams
* Managing your workload independently and proactively
What We're Looking For
* Experience supporting projects or programmes (PMO, coordination, or admin support)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Experience working with stakeholders across teams
* Strong data skills - able to analyse, interpret, and present data clearly
* Proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
* Experience within a SEND, education, or local authority environment
