Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to efficiently process our products so that they are available to customers as quickly as possible. When you're needed to work on the salesfloor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. About the Role:
To be a successful Delivery Team Member, you will ensure perfect stock availability for our customers by:
1. Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
2. Ensuring all stock is well-presented and correctly placed on sales floors or in stockrooms.
3. Keeping operational areas clean, tidy, and organized.
4. Offering fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas, working on the sales floor as needed.
5. Working as part of the store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers.
