We’re looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to help keep our stunning hotels running smoothly and safely. What you’ll do: Support the Group Facilities Manager in overseeing building compliance, maintenance, and safety across our portfolio. Manage planned and reactive maintenance, liaise with contractors, and ensure statutory compliance. Assist with exciting refurbishment and sustainability projects. Oversee supplier contracts and ensure best value. Take a lead on Health & Safety compliance and risk assessments. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in facilities management or building maintenance. Strong knowledge of compliance and safety standards. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Confident managing contractors and maintenance teams. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively. Why join us?
