Bulu is a fast-growing 3PL partner supporting premium lifestyle and apparel brands across North America. We’re looking for a strategic and operationally-mindedFulfillment Project Managerto lead and execute key initiatives across our warehouse and fulfillment teams.
Whether it’s onboarding a new brand, launching a special retail program, scaling a kitting initiative, or rolling out a new shipping workflow — this role ensures that projects are planned, resourced, and executed seamlessly across our Lincoln-based facility.
You’ll serve as the connector between our warehouse floor, leadership team, clients, and technology — translating requirements into clear actions that drive operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
* Plan, execute, and oversee fulfillment-related projects from kickoff to completion (e.g., new client onboarding, large-scale kitting runs, retail routing initiatives)
* Serve as the main point of contact between operations, account managers, clients, and IT for project-specific execution
* Create and maintain project plans, timelines, checklists, and status trackers using tools like Monday.com, Excel/Sheets, or similar
* Identify resource needs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and escalate blockers
* Track KPIs such as on-time completion, accuracy, and labor efficiency for assigned projects
* Conduct pre- and post-mortems for continuous improvement across similar future initiatives
* Support fulfillment leadership with process mapping and documentation for new workflows
* Assist with SOP creation, training handoffs, and team onboarding for new processes
* Ensure proper coordination between Receiving, Inventory, Fulfillment, Packaging, and Shipping teams for each initiative
* Monitor operational risk and flag any compliance, timing, or inventory concerns early
What We’re Looking For
* 2–4+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or project management
* Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
* Hands-on experience in a 3PL, eCommerce, retail or consumer goods environment preferred
* Detail-oriented and organized — you can manage timelines, workflows, and resources without losing sight of the big picture
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable working on the floor and in-office — not afraid to jump into physical workflows if needed
* Familiar with basic WMS platforms, order management systems, or Shopify ecosystem
* Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and project tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana)

* Familiarity with packaging, kitting, and value-added services in a fulfillment context
* Experience working with routing guides or retail logistics requirements

The compensation for the Fulfillment Account Manager position is $50,000 to $60,000 annually commensurate with experience.
