About The Role
Are you passionate about quality, compliance, good customer outcomes and continuous improvement? Do you enjoy reviewing information and data, spotting trends, and turning insights into action? We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our interactions across various teams serving regulated customers meet the highest standards—delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and stakeholders while supporting colleagues to continually improve knowledge and skills. You’ll lead testing, analysis, and continuous improvement and collaborate across teams to raise the bar.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver robust QA testing strategies to ensure compliant, effective, and customer-focused interactions.
* Execute manual and automated tests to assess functionality, service, and outcomes.
* Analyze quality metrics and performance data to spot patterns, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
* Collaborate with teams across the business (product, sales, compliance, risk) to understand needs and shape solutions.
* Create and maintain clear documentation supporting accountability, traceability, and continuous learning in line with the Training & Competency Framework.
* Present QA findings to senior stakeholders and contribute to business-wide improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who loves to support, challenge, and improve. You combine technical know-how with strong communication skills and can simplify complexity to bring people along on the journey.
You Must Also Be Able To Demonstrate
* Proven experience of designing, executing, and monitoring Training & Competency Frameworks in a regulated environment.
* Ability to navigate the UK regulatory landscape with proven experience in regulated Credit Collections handling processes (PRIN / CONC / DISP).
* Understanding and ability to apply the necessary Lines of Defence and Operational Controls in real-world scenarios.
* Execute quality assurance checks, uncover root causes, and lead improvement actions with confidence and clarity.
* Use data and insight to inform decisions and drive performance.
* Communicate clearly—written and verbal—with stakeholders at all levels.
The Package
We offer a basic starting salary of up to £50,000, plus a bonus of up to £4,600. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
