We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our sales team. You'll proactively engage with new and existing beauty salons, spas, and retailers, promoting our product ranges to achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, strong sales skills, and a passion for beauty.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
Accurately process sales orders and maintain client data in our CRM.
Minimum of 1-5 years of proven telesales or direct sales experience, preferably in the beauty or professional salon supply industries, with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Resilient, organized, and proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
