Overview
Reporting to the programme manager, you'll be responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and/or external customers. The role will focus mainly on governance, compliance, infrastructure and software tool implementation.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business and functional partners, as well as technology leadership in specifying requirements.
* Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources.
* Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge.
* Work with our technical team, often across business organisations to coordinate day to day execution as per the technical requirements roadmap.
* Cooperate with and manage external vendors.
* Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed.
* Ensure LEAN project management practices are followed.
* Support the execution team with the resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies.
* Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.
* Manage stakeholder communications and progress reporting.
* Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service levels. Ensure lessons learned data is collected and used to improve future performances.
* Project Management experience within manufacturing and/or supply chain is essential.
* Proven experience within IT project management.
* Able to take a methodical approach to problem solving and able to effectively engage with others.
* Demonstrated customer focus.
* To be flexible and adaptable to change.
* PMP, ScrumMaster or related project management certifications are highly desirable, or demonstrable experience in PM methodology.
