The role
In this role you will be required to manage cases of housing related anti-social behaviour and work as part of a neighbourhood team to help deliver safe and sustainable communities.
You will be required to support the team in meeting all relevant expectations and standards relating to the social housing regulator and tenant satisfaction measures; complaints within scope of the housing ombudsman service; safeguarding adults and children; legal compliance in service charge management; and managing a diverse range of neighbourhoods through positive estate management.
You will also need to create and maintain a positive culture reflecting Regenda’s values and strategic objectives across the directorate and ensure the customer voice is at the heart of housing management service delivery.
You will need to ensure all customers are treated fairly, with respect and in recognition of their individual requirements and any protected characteristics, and that all customer complaints and enquiries are dealt with promptly and to a high standard.

* Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving dispute situations.
* To develop an awareness of risk and associated policies to ensure that procedures are followed, and risk is managed appropriately.

* Good communication skills both verbal and in written format.
