About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and commercially minded leader to work directly with the CEO in driving strategic priorities, cross‑functional execution, and high‑impact initiatives across the business.
This is a high‑trust, high‑visibility role for an individual who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to the CEO, helping translate vision into action while ensuring alignment across the organisation.
The role is suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable operating across strategy and operations, and can independently lead complex initiatives involving senior stakeholders.
This is not a traditional support role. It is a senior leadership position focused on driving outcomes, enabling decision‑making, and accelerating execution on the company’s most important priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & CEO Partnership
* Partner closely with the CEO on corporate strategy, business priorities, and organisational planning
* Support the development and execution of annual and multi‑year strategic plans
* Conduct market, competitive, and business analysis to support strategic decision‑making
* Develop executive‑level materials, strategic narratives, and presentations for leadership, Board, and external stakeholders
* Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on key business opportunities and challenges
Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects
* Lead and execute high‑priority cross‑functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO
* Drive projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes
* Coordinate across business units to resolve complex issues and maintain momentum on strategic priorities
* Identify operational, commercial, or organisational gaps and recommend practical solutions
* Support transformation, expansion, partnership, or new business initiatives as required
Commercial & Business Performance
* Work with business leaders to support commercial planning, growth initiatives, and performance management
* Monitor business performance against strategic objectives and identify areas for intervention or improvement
* Support evaluation of investment opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
* Contribute to business reviews and leadership discussions with data‑driven insights and recommendations
CEO Office & Organisational Alignment
* Help drive leadership operating cadence, including executive meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning processes
* Ensure effective follow‑through on CEO and leadership team priorities
* Facilitate alignment and communication across functions and stakeholders
* Act as an extension of the CEO in coordinating and advancing key initiatives internally
* Support organisational effectiveness through disciplined execution and accountability
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage
* Approximately 10–15 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, corporate planning, investment, business operations, or leadership roles
* Proven track record leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced environments
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic problem‑solving capability
* Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving situations
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
* High degree of professionalism, maturity, discretion, and sound judgement
* Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and drive execution with minimal oversight
Preferred Experience
* Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment, or CEO Office environments
* Combination of strategic and operational leadership experience
* Exposure to regional or international business environments
* Experience supporting organisational transformation, growth, or scaling initiatives
