About the role:
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to individuals with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. You will support them to manage their evening tasks while encouraging independence, promoting well-being, and ensuring their safety in a respectful and person-centred manner.
You will be supporting 11 adults with a wide range of duties, from meal prep and cleaning to supporting with personal care. You will also be helping to take part in the people's interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing. This can range from arts and crafts, nights out at the theatre, shopping trips, holidays and social occasions or whatever their needs may be.
Hours:
Waking night positions available- 20 hours per week.
21:00pm-7:00am
We are also looking for Bank Workers.

This service is situated in St Helens, Hastings.
