Digital Marketing Manager – Remote - £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Role:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and deliver a digital strategy that increases MQLs and enhances the customer journey across all online touchpoints. You’ll take ownership of the website, SEO/PPC, and digital funnel performance, while managing a small team and collaborating across departments to support business goals.
Job role:
• Design and execute a high-performing digital marketing strategy
• Manage and optimise website structure, content, and SEO
• Run paid digital campaigns (PPC, retargeting, social)
• Oversee marketing automation and lead nurture workflows (HubSpot)
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and implement performance improvements
• Work cross-functionally with content, sales, and product teams
• Lead, support, and develop the digital marketing team
Who/what are we looking for?
• Significant B2B digital marketing experience in Tech (Cybersecurity a bonus)
• Hands-on experience in SEO and PPC
• Experience managing or mentoring a team
• Proficient in using HubSpot or similar tools
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
