Consolite Technology was established in 1980 to design and manufacture specialised military lighting products, specifically Night Vision compatible lighting. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength and is now proud to have an extensive suite of products spanning lighting systems, communication systems and testing capabilities, that are well respected across the industry. What You'll Do
* Read and understand all build manuals, drawings, specifications, company policies and procedures in relation to any task set.
* Gather, set up and operate all equipment and machinery as per specifications or instructions included within the build manual, in a safe and controlled manner, reporting damage or breakages.
* Complete assigned work and associated documentation correctly and efficiently, within the time set, following build manuals and using best practice where ambiguity lies.
* Perform regular product testing in accordance with company procedures.
* Demonstrate quality in all tasks, operating under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
* Ensure workspace, operations and builds are in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
What You Need to Have
* Relevant experience within a manufacturing/assembly environment.
* Computer literate.
* Ability to read and understand technical literature and drawings.
* Soldering.
* Ability to work to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* Working understanding of PCB's.
* Working knowledge of Electrical Assembly's.
* Assembly of aerospace assemblies (desirable)
* Loom manufacturing (desirable)
* Driving License or ability to get to rural location.
