The Role
We're seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing team. You'll manage commercial operations on projects that are transforming Scotland's energy infrastructure.
Your background in civil engineering or energy infrastructure projects will be invaluable, though excellence from other construction disciplines will be seriously considered.
You'll work on projects with genuine longevity and impact—the kind of infrastructure investments that define careers and communities. This isn't project-to-project uncertainty; this is sector stability underpinned by legislative commitments to net-zero targets.
What You'll Bring
• Proven commercial management & quantity surveying experience, ideally from civil engineering, energy infrastructure, or construction
• Strong contract negotiation and project delivery skills
• Commercial acumen and P&L responsibility
• The ability to thrive in a growing, ambitious organisation
• A professional approach with genuine enthusiasm for the sector
