Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate support and assistance to patients in various healthcare settings.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
* Maintain accurate patient records and care plans, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
* Engage in behavior management strategies to support patients with specific needs.

* Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients at all times.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role within healthcare is essential.
* Strong understanding of patient care principles, including dementia and Alzheimer's care.
* Certification in First Aid is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Compassionate approach towards patient care with strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the service needs.
* Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
