A rapidly expanding property management company in Stoke on Trent is seeking a dynamic Sales Negotiator to join their team and play a key role in sourcing prime properties for sale and rent.
As the Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:
* Identify and sourcing new properties for sale and rent that match the company's brief.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords to increase the flow of high-quality properties.
* Staying on top of market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
* Proactively generating leads through networking, referrals, and using various platforms to connect with potential property owners and sellers.
* Negotiating deals with property owners and sellers, ensuring the best possible terms for both parties.
* Maintaining accurate records of property sources and client interactions on the internal CRM system.
* Working closely with the sales and lettings teams to ensure smooth transactions from sourcing through to completion.
The Sales Negotiator will have the following skills and attributes:
* Proven experience in property sourcing or business development within the estate or lettings industry (desirable).
* Strong knowledge of local property markets and trends.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-focused mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
