For one of our client we are looking for a Site HSE Manager. To ensure that all HSE activities at construction site(s) are carried on in accordance with the UK applicable laws and regulations, client requirements and client related to Health, Safety and Environment.
To assist Project HSE Managers in Risk Management process (i.e. To facilitate accidents/incidents investigation and to carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans at site level.
To conduct HSE inspections and audits on subcontractors involved in project activities and to create the related reports, ensuring a follow-up of the outcome.
To develop and perform project safety training / induction and contribute to the implementation at site level of client safety behavioral initiatives, also including suppliers and subcontractors.
To monitor, evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the HSE Plans and propose improvement actions.
- To collect all Safety Observation Cards and monitor follow up.
- To collect all the required HSE KPIs and to report them to the Project HSE Manager.
- To ensure the proper waste management, including segregation, collection, and reporting.
Proven health & safety experience and behavioral standards within Projects in the energy or construction sectors;
Recognized professional health and safety qualification such as Degree or NEBOSH qualification at a level commensurate with the criticality of the defined key role;
People management/influencing and organizational skills.
