Position: Personal Tax Manager - Hybrid, Flexible, Reduced Hours, Cambridge
This role can be appointed at Manager or Senior Manager level and is offered on a highly flexible basis, including reduced or condensed working weeks. The firm values work/life balance and supports various work patterns.

Team and Reporting
The successful candidate will report to an Associate Director and join an established team of 6 personal tax professionals and 15 across the department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax compliance clients.
2. Identifying personal tax planning opportunities and delivering advisory assignments.
3. Playing a key role in estate planning services for clients.
4. Training and mentoring trainees within the team.
5. Building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
6. Overseeing the financial management of your portfolio.
7. Contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* ACA and/or CTA qualified.
* Experience in personal tax compliance or managing a portfolio with personal tax and estate planning services.
* Strong interpersonal skills for developing client relationships.
* Proficiency in identifying and delivering tax planning opportunities.
* Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
* Leadership and mentoring experience.
* Commercial awareness for business development.
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
