Role Overview:
As a Youth Support Worker, you will:
* Foster a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
* Build positive relationships to enhance students' confidence and self-esteem.
* Assist class teachers with various classroom activities.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
* Support personal care duties as needed.
* Work with students who have complex needs.
