Service Advisor Opportunity in Liverpool
1. Location: Liverpool
2. Salary: Basic circa £30,000, plus Bonus, OTE up to £36K
3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
Our client, a well-established and busy used car dealership, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their friendly and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
4. Be the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership
5. Explain the repair process and efficiently book in customer vehicles
6. Sell products and services effectively while making customer bookings
7. Communicate with workshop technicians and customers to assess the level of work required and gain authorization
8. Raise job cards and provide customer estimates according to company schedules and pricing
9. Ensure excellent customer service, providing a professional and friendly experience throughout
