Due to continued growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative design team in Preston. The Role
Working as part of the detailed design team, you will contribute to the technical delivery of a diverse portfolio of often complex and high-profile projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the design and technical delivery of projects to meet client requirements and industry standards.
Collaborating with design teams, consultants, and contractors to develop creative and practical technical solutions.
Producing high-quality technical documentation and coordinating information across disciplines.
Attending site meetings and providing technical guidance during the construction phase.
Ensuring compliance with building regulations and best practice standards.
About You
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
You will ideally have:
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Experience working on large-scale or complex projects — Higher Education, Sci-Tech, or Industrial projects would be advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
