Completely Care Ltd are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for an Extra Scheme Manager to oversee and manage one of our housing schemes, ensuring residents feel supported, safe, and empowered to live independently. What you’ll be doing: Managing the day-to-day running of the scheme, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment. Supporting residents with their individual needs, promoting independence, wellbeing, and community engagement. Leading and motivating staff to deliver high-quality support services. Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners. Ensuring compliance with housing, safeguarding, and health & safety standards. What we’re looking for: Experience in housing, social care, or support services. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. A compassionate and proactive approach to problem-solving. Confidence in managing budgets, resources, and compliance requirements. A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
