The Role
As a Bartender, you'll be at the centre of the guest experience, setting the tone, building rapport, and delivering quality service every shift.
You'll be responsible for:
* Preparing and serving drinks to a consistently high standard
* Engaging guests at the bar and creating a welcoming environment
* Learning and developing knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and presentation
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
* Managing busy service periods with confidence and composure
