Job Description
3‑month temporary position based at Elmsall Complex.
Shift available: Wed/Thur‑Sat 0600‑1800.
You will currently be working in an operational role within our business, with an interest in progressing and taking your first steps into management. You may have limited or no experience of managing or supervising a team. You will learn on the job, experience life at the sharp end of our operation, work at a base location and provide operational support.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the current Team Manager in their allocated work area.
* Manage and motivate individuals and teams to achieve operational effectiveness, business drivers and deliver service to our customers.
* Ensure all operational processes are compliant with policies and procedures and promote a team‑work ethic.
* Monitor absence, productivity performance and errors to identify ways of continuous improvement for team targets and bonus.
* Make sound operational decisions in deadline‑driven, pressured situations.
