Manage resources effectively to maximise utilisation. Take ownership of working capital management and cash collection to ensure strong cashflow. Lead, Develop and Motivate the Projects Team to ensure talent retention, personal development and high level of engagement. About you… Relevant Engineering Qualification (ONC/HNC or equivalent) and a Recognised Safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent) Detailed understanding of current HV/ LV electrical installation techniques with solid and up to date knowledge of statutory requirements, legislation and technical advances. Good knowledge of Health and Safety practice and Risk Assessment. Direct leadership experience in an project management/operational environment. Knowledge and experience of driving H&S culture, compliance and safe systems of work. Experience of financial forecasting and reporting. Knowledge and experience of running a P&L.
