Your new role
As Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the production and supply chain functions. Your responsibilities will include processing sales and purchase orders, coordinating logistics, managing stock movements, and supporting labour recording. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely administrative processes, contributing to the smooth running of operations and helping maintain high standards of customer service. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll also be involved in KPI reporting and liaising across departments to ensure effective workflows.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with ERP systems and a background in supply chain or production administration will be advantageous. Excellentmunication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential, along with amitment to delivering outstanding customer service both internally and externally.
