About the Commercial Manager job
The purpose of your role will be to take the lead on managing key customer relationships, pricing, and contracts to drive growth and profitability. You’ll work closely with retailers and internal teams to ensure our products meet market demand and deliver commercial success.
Key tasks
1. Prepare and implement business plans for key customers in line with the company’s strategic priorities. Continually develop activity plans, including promotions, product ranges, and new product development, based on market knowledge, competitor activity, and analytics. Consistently maintaining an understanding of the competitive market and customer strategies to help identify future sales opportunities.
2. Prepare sales forecasts, procurement, and production plans to align with budgets and customer demand whilst working closely with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
