They are looking to recruit a Help Desk Operative based at a prestigious site in Warrington. You will be part of the Hard Services Team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. Provide exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business. Responsibilities
* Answer customer switchboard calls efficiently and transfer to the correct department.
* Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using company systems such as Hazard Reports, training & competency records, eLogbooks, PPE, and toolbox talks.
* Log tasks on the Concept Helpdesk system and assign them to the correct engineer.
* Monitor the CAFM system on site, including PPM records and reactives, ensuring adherence to contractual SLA.
* Run CAFM reports as required.
* Actively identify and implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.
Requirements
* UK or EU citizen with a valid work permit.
* Administrative experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Customer service experience.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Working Hours
Mon–Thurs: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Fri: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Salary
£28,000 – £30,000, dependent on experience.
