This is not a traditional project management role. We’re looking for skilled agile delivery managers, who have experience of delivering software in an agile environment.
The role involves working in Bereavement & Care as an Agile Delivery Manager. The area comprises around 100 professionals committed to supporting citizens via digital services during key life events. As a member of this community, you will be accountable for one of seven teams, playing an active part both within your team and as a contributor to the broader delivery community.
You’ll enable a multi-disciplinary team through different phases, as we use fresh ideas and leading-edge tech to build and maintain digital solutions that will be used by nearly every person in the UK.

Delivering With People. Our Agile Delivery Managers create psychologically safe spaces, so our high-performing digital teams to create, build, innovate and deliver stuff that works for over 20 million users.

Location: You'll join us in one of our digital hubs in Birmingham, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne or Sheffield, whichever most convenient for you.
Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £46,547.
Pension: You'll get a civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%.
Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days and rising to 31 days over time. You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time, plus all usual public holidays.
