We are hiring Forklift Drivers (Reach or Counterbalance) to work on the day shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire
Shift: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
Hours: 07.00 to 18.00
Pay rate: £13.47 basic (£15.45 inc hol pay ) Overtime at £20.21 after 45 hours worked
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage Stack items safely and efficiently
* Pick items as per the guidelines provided.
* Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
* Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.
* Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.
* Move goods aroud site and load trailers
* Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
• Prior experience working in a similar warehouse role
