M&M Supply is looking for passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across schools in Weston-super-Mare. Work closely with children who need additional academic, behavioural, or emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups

* Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery

* Encourage independence and confidence in learning

* Implement individual behaviour and learning strategies

* Maintain clear records and provide feedback to staff

Requirements:

* Experience working with children or SEND settings

* Patient, empathetic, and adaptable

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* TA qualifications desirable but not essential
