About the Role
Our client seeks a proactive and organised administrator with good technical knowledge to support a busy Water Hygiene / Legionella department and assist internal teams to deliver projects to a high standard.
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience as an Administrator within a Water Hygiene / Legionella company
* Good technical knowledge, including ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
* Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
* Professional manner
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to a busy Water Hygiene / Legionella department
* Contact clients to arrange site access and book appointments for engineers and risk assessors
* Keep accurate records of project progress
* Answer incoming enquiries from clients and direct calls as necessary
* Proof‑read technical reports before issuing to clients
* Work to KPIs
* Process invoices
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing support
* Represent the company in a professional manner
* Check quotations for works
